Well many chippers sell '100% cod fillets' when they actually just have some other fish in them as well.

The matrix is unraveling right before our eyes folks.

If it's horse meat in the Lasagne, it must be horse shit in the Crispy Pancakes.

Goat penis, there's not enough goat penis in stuff.

I want more goat penis in my mystery meat burgers.

Apart from the obvious deception, is horse meat really that bad to eat?

Since you were named after one of the worst tasting foods ever nothing much was going to bother you after that.

Findus UK apologised to customers "for any convenience caused" - and said anyone who bought the affected lasagne products could get a full refund.

Are they taking the piss because they are ready meals? Sorry for any convenience caused!

In this very thread no less.

TBH, it's put to bed all the "ewe, I wouldn't eat horse" . People have been and liked it. Carry on as before imo.

Hey Detective, after the mad cow disease bomb which has yet to go off, the general public expected that their meat was fully traceable form farm to fork. It now turns out nobody had a clue what meat was being sold as what.

There's a lot to be said for a simple steak, chop, or whatever. At least it's harder to fake it!

You'd wonder what they put in pet food though if this is what's in human food!

Also, Europe has relatively TIGHT regulations. I'd hate to think what's in food in places with more relaxed ones!

We still have the Pizzas and Take Aways to test. A lot of freezers being cleared recently methinks.

I ate horsemeat in France which I purchased thinking it was just a cheap steak.
I would have paid more attention to the label if I was buying processed food.
You would probably be better off eating a pony than any processed cheese.
