It never went from preorder.
In the wallet it was always pending and had the your order has been sent bit.
I'd say you are ok if it has moved from that.

This is starting to piss me of now. It's 4 days since I ordered and it's still saying "Your order has been sent to Google Commerce Ltd."

What is going on? How long will it take!!?

You could always give them a ring and put a northern accent on :-)

My account was frozen last night as well as the cancelation so I've sent on proof of address with hope of getting one ordered when they re activate it..

I didn't get that far this time around, back in December I go that far and later got a cancellation their whole process is a mystery. I'm still waiting to get a reply from the support team that my problem was forwarded too.

Shipped, I was certain I wasn't getting one.
Ordered with my Visa CC, which has a load of ROI orders on it. Meant to use my new Visa Debit.
Put in Parcel Motel as my billing address.
Tried to change that in Wallet after the order and was rejected.
Tried to change it back and was rejected.
Readded in Wallet under my address + UK Postcode.

Really really didn't expect it to get through.
