Would you agree with Chic Young here or is it just him with his usual 'tosh'?
    BBC Sportsound pundit Chick Young
"Despite their big lead in the Third Division, Rangers aren't a good team. I think it's a case of how many for Dundee Utd. The gap between the SPL and Rangers is huge. The one consolation for Rangers fans, is that if they do go out today, they won't face Celtic."

Disgusting challenge as expected. I'm grateful we won't have to face this mob tbh, thought it was bad enough having to escape with 11 fit players with Caley before the Juve match

Can't really disagree with much of that.

Some of the wages these players are on are ridiculous, especially when you see they have no commitment, no desire,...

Not to mention McCoist who has been found out big time.

Ian Black is a ****ing idiot, total liability for your team

Is it true that McCoist has now been knocked out of 7 cups in 18 months??

I'm pretty sure you know well enough

As for Black: His first yellow was a joke, he didn't do anything.
But I would agree that he's a liability, and then to walk off smiling...

No Jelle, I seen it written somewhere yesterday but never followed up on it. So it is true???

Hatchetman Black could be the most appropriate signing since Diouf went to the oldco. Pantomime stuff!

Hopefully for Jackie Mac's sake he doesn't get complacent and think all his games will be that easy.

Let's just say he's failed in every cup competition so far, no need to put a number to it :o

Yes, him and his trusty clipboard.

Another one who adds nothing to the coaching staff.

350 tickets were sold and not only to Rangers fans the Rangets fans that did go let everyone connected with the club down in fact I don't believe they have the right to all themselves Rangers fans anymore. Nothing but selfish people whom I hope the day was more miserable for that the rest of the bears

Out of interest what happens if/when you get back into the SPL? Will the fans be boycotting everywhere bar Rugby Park?

So if liquidation hadn't happened and old Rangers still existed in the SPL there would have been a Tannadice boycott regardless?

No but that's as the straw that broke the Camels back so to speak. Oh and I could be wrong but I don't think the old company has been liquidated yet as far as I know BDO are still dealing with it

i cant see too many rangers fans being on for a boycott of celtic haha

You know Dundee Utd fans also got charged a second time for that game? And both fans were charged reduced prices? And that Utd couldn't really afford to let everyone in for free?

To most people the rearranged fixture reason just sounds like a more convenient excuse than "we're pissy with DUFC because they chose sporting integrity".

Yes, in the process of liquidating them. To say they were not liquidated is pedantry in the extreme.

Does this apply to Green? He went to the match, refused to go into the directors box as normal visiting officials would. He then proceeded to watch the match from the stands.

If he is not in the directors box, he is simply a fan.

I know you don't like the term much but when the alternative decision was to vote a new club straight into the SPL rather than starting at the bottom like any other team, it is the best way to describe it. Whether or not they had ulterior motives, such as despising your fans and players is another story.

No he was still here in an official capacity there is nothing in the rules to say whether he has to sit in the directors box
