Boiler problems

Hi, I'm having trouble with my 'Ideal LOGIC System 24' and it's flashing error code F1 (which means low water pressure according to the manual). It's just not turning on and it's ridiculously freezing in the house... I've looked at the user manual and online and apparently I need to to get the pressure between 1 and 1.5…

The second picture that was posted on the first page shows the boiler isolation valve closed. Chances are the other valve is closed and the system is probably at 4 bar now everywhere except for the boiler!!!

dtp,that is actually the open position with those valves,i know it looks like they are closed but that is the way thyey are

Yeah I got a plumber... I wasn't in when he came but he's apparently coming back tomorrow or sometime (PLEASE MAKE IT SOON) with some parts...
So it looks like I'll be in the cold for at least another day.
