I have a new german byor on my team.Shes only part of the team 3 weeks but im starting to think shes a khoont

She doesnt talk to any of the team and goes out of her way to kiss managements ass and attempt to mix with them

If she was infront of us she wouldnt even hold the door,but if a manager was behind her she would wait holding the door

Funny thing is that kissing managers ass will get her nowhere

Politics is the way to go. There are a few in our company who work it. One guy was in our department only a couple of weeks before he introduced himself to management, calling into the CEO, on first name terms with all the people with the power. Secured himself a promotion.

The greatest politikers are also the greatest bull****ters. This guy also got a disciplinary warning a few weeks later for doing something so stupid that the company had to cover it up, but his bull**** saved him.

Onto bigger and better things now.

They usually are the ones to get on tho. But also usually the biggest cun*s when given power.

As worse as that is i've even seen women ride the boss to get on. Now thats such a slutty thing to do... There is sucking someones dick proverbially then sucking someones dick :pac:

I hate this trait in my co workers, and a few of them are prize ass lickers. It shows pure unprofessionalism on the part of the worker and also a very fragile ego who needs their ass licked in order to feel like a proper boss. Its the boss who reacts to this transparent and obvious falseness I really disrespect. Anyone with a brain cell can see people only do it to get on in the job and not because they like you :rolleyes:
