I have two chefs knives. One pairing knife and one larger one. Hand folded Japanese steel. If, on my culinary adventures, I meet God, God will be cut.

Both get more use than most anything else. I have all manner of kitchen gadgets I buy and rarely use. Crock pot is good for making stocks. The steamer, pressure cooker, potato ricer all get regular use.
Trying to justify a deep fat fryer but I do enough things as it is that are likely to give me a heart attack without it.

One thing I'd love is a sous vide but it costs 500 quid or so and I don't have space until I throw out a bunch of other stuff I rarely use.

Has to be my george foreman grill, anything that comes from that (with a little salt & pepper added) just melts in your mouth.

    Tap/Sink

For me it's Water. And of the three points on the triangle it's the Sink.
The other two points are Cooker/Stove/Oven/Arga and Fridge/Mini-Bar.

I have one of those. I can't bleeding stand the thing. I think it ruins everything you try and cook in it.

Even as a toastie maker it sucks.

The dishwasher gets most use as even if just have cereal, bread, crackers and cheese, takeaway or drinks, everything goes in the dishwasher. Its on once a day I our house.
