What do you use most in the kitchen?

    For me it’s the kettle.
Yet, when I was looking on T3’s best kitchen gadget I only saw one kettle mentioned. http://www.t3.com/features/best-kitchen-gadgets - Seriously, 1 kettle. How am I supposed to buy a new kettle if my choice is limited to 1.
Anyway, I just think the kettle isn’t getting enough of the limelight,
So again, For me, it’s the kettle

    Definitely the floor.

Can't go into the kitchen without using it at least once.

Probably my garlic crusher. I put garlic in every dish so comes in very handy indeed, you dont even need to peel the garlic before putting it in. And the pizza cutter, handy for pizzas, garlic bread, pastry etc. The cheap gadgets are the best

Made using the same process used to make Samurai swords. Perfectly balanced and sharp enough to shave with. Who needs a food processor?

Exacetly, the poor auld workhorse of the kitchen, THE KETTLE, is totally overlooked

The kettle, obviously. The rice cooker/slow cooker gets a good bit of use too. We recently got one of those actifry things, and I can see that getting a good bit of use.

My granny loves the microwave. She can make her dinner at ten o'clock in the morning... the previous day and its all ready for her to just heat up.

The kettle would be my favourite, but if we're looking for other things, then I would say my favourite is our Kenwood Mixer.

I have two chefs knives. One pairing knife and one larger one. Hand folded Japanese steel. If, on my culinary adventures, I meet God, God will be cut.

Both get more use than most anything else. I have all manner of kitchen gadgets I buy and rarely use. Crock pot is good for making stocks. The steamer, pressure cooker, potato ricer all get regular use.
Trying to justify a deep fat fryer but I do enough things as it is that are likely to give me a heart attack without it.

One thing I'd love is a sous vide but it costs 500 quid or so and I don't have space until I throw out a bunch of other stuff I rarely use.

Has to be my george foreman grill, anything that comes from that (with a little salt & pepper added) just melts in your mouth.

For me it's Water. And of the three points on the triangle it's the Sink.
The other two points are Cooker/Stove/Oven/Arga and Fridge/Mini-Bar.

I have one of those. I can't bleeding stand the thing. I think it ruins everything you try and cook in it.

Even as a toastie maker it sucks.
