D8 fitness. Pre order or walk in?

Does anybody know if you have to pre order from D8 fitness or can you just walk in to their premises and get what you want then and there?

Call them ahead in case they need to dig stuff out. I've pre ordered and done walk in. Depends on what you're getting really...?
