Unusual(ie wierd) Confirmation names.

    Hullo. I've a 12 year old who has an odd sense of humour, he wants to pick a confirmation name that is, err, unusual. Catch is, it has to have some sort of religious/saintly connection to pass the Conf.Po inspectors. So far he has St Sylvester, St Gasper, St Theodore and St Napoleon. None are odd enough fr him, so anyone else got a good name they picked for their confo,(that was accepted by the bish) or know a Saint with a wierd name?:) Much appreciated, etc etc.

    I just checked and its spelt differently, its Blaise, I know someone who has it and uses it as blaze for the craic though.

    My Confirmation name is Benoit; I took it from a French childhood friend although I tell people that I took it from the wrestler.

    That story hasn't seen as much airtime considering Benoit took his wife and child's life before taking his own.

    :DMy username is his nickname, that's where it came from, he's Mr Pottler. I'm wondering how well Judas would go over on the day.
    When I did mine, my best mates alcoholic axe-murderer dad actually turned up for the ceremony(which was a first). As the Bishop droned on, he could be heard loudly excaliming "ah for god sake, get on with it ya old bollix". Us kids laughed our holes off, but the olds were not impressed.
