With the Christmas Party season upon us, I would like to share an experience with you about drinking and driving.

As you well know, some of us have been known to have had brushes with the
authorities on our way home from the odd social session over the years.

... Well, I have done something about it!

A couple of nights ago my wife and I were out for pre Christmas drinks with some friends and had a few too many beers as well as spirits and... some rather nice cabernet; but knowing full well I may have been slightly over the limit, I did something I've never done before - I took a bus home.

We arrived back home safely and without incident which was a real surprise, because I had never driven a bus before and am not even sure where I got this one.

It's Christmas Music ... but not as we know it:

I've just finished prepping for tomorrows big meal. Picked up a nice 7.08kg Turkey to do 2 adults and 3 children under 10. It's the smallest one I could get without shopping around.

So, just curious. How big is your Turkey, or other bird And how many kids and big kids to stuff with it?

4kg, for 2 adults, but it looks tiny, and like it has very little meat on it. Guess we'll know when it's carved up!

    2 turkeys, 1 x 6kg and 1 x 5kg for 16 people.

I wonder if Mary would'n't have just admitted banging Micheal the blacksmith behind Joseph's back if she knew how far her lie would go
