Some night I would like to not be looking at the clock at this hour. Pretty ridiculous. Loads of day time study to do and being awake is making me worry more thus in turn keeping me awake.

anyone else suffer from this. Sucks, so tired which is the strange part.

Last night I was still awake around 4 and I really needed to fall asleep as I had to get up early this morning... so I discovered this! It was really effective last night, I just put my earphones in, closed my eyes and I ended up falling asleep after like 10 minutes! :)

It's very relaxing! I'm going to put it for myself soon actually because it'd be nice to get more than a 4 hour sleep for a change!

Remind me, what's the point of staying up all night to study for a final for which I didn't attend a single lecture but then inevitably ending up on the interwebz Boardsing and Facebooking? Now I suspect I'll be wrecked...and still know nothing :(

Dammit, I need to stop reading that 'has anything unnerving/creepy ever happened to you' thread on AH late at night. Time to watch a few cat videos and placate my mind.

Hitting the shuffle button late at night isn't the wisest option.
