Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That is always my problem. The effort of actually going to bed is so much more than just sitting here...

What do people even do at this hour? I doubt many people are still up from the last night, I doubt many people actually get up this early to work.
I've got it! I go to sleep, genius!

Tis a true sign the times are changing when one is asking for their Kindle.(I'm thinking of the very basic book reading one)

I think I'd prefer to work at night, especially when I have a sleeping pattern like this. I'm basically nocturnal at this stage.

I can't wait for night shifts. I would have absolutely no problem working through the night, at the minute my work starts at either 7 or 9am...torture :(

Are you going to the open day too? In the canteen drinking coffee at the moment, as things aren't set up yet. The wifi is rather patchy.

Its half 5, I'm just back from running down the road after my brothers dog that had gotten out and started keening outside my window. In the rain with just shorts and slippers running after a huge black dog who thought it was a game of 'cant catch me' and it's not even first time its happened, i need my beauty sleep </3

I just got bored and walked home from a nightclub.

It was worth it for tea, slippers and Jeff Buckley stuff on YouTube.

The best use of my time is clearly to stay up really late on reddit while listening to Green Day, Eminem, and whatever other music I listened to when I was 13.

Despite trying to fix the sleeping pattern by getting up at 9 and other ridiculous times, I've been up til 5 almost every night in the last 2 weeks. This sort of sleeping pattern just causes all sorts of trouble :(

Some night I would like to not be looking at the clock at this hour. Pretty ridiculous. Loads of day time study to do and being awake is making me worry more thus in turn keeping me awake.

anyone else suffer from this. Sucks, so tired which is the strange part.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,545 ✭✭✭Geo10

Last night I was still awake around 4 and I really needed to fall asleep as I had to get up early this morning... so I discovered this! It was really effective last night, I just put my earphones in, closed my eyes and I ended up falling asleep after like 10 minutes! :)

It's very relaxing! I'm going to put it for myself soon actually because it'd be nice to get more than a 4 hour sleep for a change!

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,571 ✭✭✭Aoifey!

Think it's gonna be an all nighter :/
