    As far as I know, if it's 'pending' and you click on info and it's still at 'received', it can be cancelled.

    I think the next stage is shipped and charge so you'll obviously get it then.

    I could be wrong though! Just what I got from reading the thread.

    From what I've read most people had their order cancelled within 24 hours so if its been a few days since you ordered I'd say you'd be fine. Although nothing is guaranteed with Google after seeing the mess they've made of this launch.

    i dont get, if they have the fones in stock, how the heck does it take them 5 - 6 weeks to process and deliver the fone. if they dont have them in stock they would be better off not allowing us to buy them to they are instock

    Ok ladies :D I received my bumper yesterday. I ordered that order on Nov 18 to test Parcel motel and it works :) Still waiting for my nexus 4 (Dec 4th)!

    I got a similar response last Friday, but today I just got a shipping notice! So it's enroute to Parcel Motel, supposedly...

    Typical that I'm in the US this week.

    Its two day shipping, so its got to be there by the 21st...fingers crossed for you ;)

    i cancelled mine, was going to be to much off a long drawn out saga for me, id say it wouldnt have arrived to the new year.

    Just looking at my AIB online banking, VISA debit card.

    The amount for the Nexus 4 is gone from my pending transactions list and has not appeared on my actual transactions. I have been refunded the amount.

    The status is still at pending on Google Wallet though.

    Im expecting a cancellation email any minute :(

    Ordered on the 27th Nov from the US store, was told 2-3 weeks shipping time. Last day it could have arrived to be brought over to me is the 21st, so I'm pretty certain it'll get here for Christmas :)

    Placed the order on the 4th so 8 days (Google commerce received it on the 6th).

    Funny how it is still at pending on Google Wallet though.

    When you ordered Google would have placed a hold on your card for the funds. If your order had shipped as planned they would have
    gone ahead with the proccess and taken payment. As the orders havent shipped no payment was taken. It is normal for banks to release
    the hold on funds after approx 1 week if transaction not completed. When Google get stock in they will have to re-request the funds from
    your account. This does not mean your order is cancelled.

    I hope that is the case but I still have a hold of two €1 amounts from Google for the same time (obviously a check). Why didn't the bank release those amounts too.

    i would bother ordering now, id hold off to the new year to this crap all gets sorted out and they have plenty off stock and be able to get it in 3 - 5 days, im not really into this 5 to 6 week carryon

    Send them a scan of your passport and Bank statement and they'll most likely re-activate your account and then you can order. Read back through the thread, a few of us have done this and seems to be fine (order hasn't been cancelled after a few days)
