Great...dropped Tevez for him (and a 4 point hit) before the injury news so that effectively a -10!

Did the very same thing and to make it worse Olsson is my first sub with 0 points. I would love if he made it and even just got me even 2 points because it would stop alot of other players getting alot of points off the bench :D

for defoe. mainly that with adebayor back now defoe's game time will be a lot more limited, epecially over the hectic christmas period, with AVB often preferring 1 striker it's likely that defoe could play one game and adebayor the next when games are coming thick and fast, whereas with someone like Suarez he's going to be probably every game and then if they're a couple up take him off for a rest.

Fletcher not playing would be a complete load of bollocks.

It would be amazing! Rafael coming off the bench for a 9 pointer and will push me up to 920 points :)

It would also mean, for the first time I can remember, I will have scored the maximum possible from my squad in a GW.

    Hear, hear!

Can't see Fletcher scoring more than 9 if he plays so I'm hoping his ankle is rejecting those injections. Nothing against the guy but I want my 9 points :D

Although it was a complete waste of a transfer on my part. Scored me a solitary point since I brought him back in.

Looks like Fletcher is out, alot of people got a bit of luck there, was hoping for a second half cameo :D

The Michu captain advantage will be for gone for sure now.

My gw has completely petered out since the RVP goal. Felliani, Enrique and Ba have done nothing.

Tonight I have Cuellar and Mignolet playing but I'm not expecting anything here either. 90 minutes of dreading a goal. Might ask the gf to hide all internet capable devices this evening :D

    70 for the week.

Fletcher you beauty! Welcome in Jason Puncheon, should push me over 90 points, gained me 20/30 on my closest rivals.

2 weeks in row I've felt quite unlucky now.

as you say, the Michu captain advantage has disappeared for a lot of us.

116 in the world at the moment, i expect that to plummet a bit once people's benches get on.

you could argue Fletcher only playing one game half-fit would've been unlucky, but there are a lot who brought him in specially. they should be punished dammit!!!

how do i never get that kind of luck from the bench? madness.

I reckon Fletcher will be on the bench JUST in case he is needed late on. Sunderland need to win this and O'Neill will be feeling the pressure. He missed Chelsea and we wasn't to far off making that.

It's the first time I can remember my bench properly helping me, and it's not even guaranteed yet! Knowing my luck he'll come on at the end for 5 minutes.

Don't be saying that!! although I agree, hopefully Wickham can get a goal an there is no need for him.

Fletcher to play 10-15 minutes and do sweet F all in a nil all draw would suit me nicely. Shorey and Ceullar at the back for 12 points would be very nice to bring me up to 70 for the week!

I'm also of the opinion that Fletcher will play some part:-(

Captain Adam Johnson to score again tonight to round off a good gw

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,256 ✭✭✭✭Lemlin

Gorkss to replace the injured Morrison and a nil all draw would suit me.

    Have Cuellar and Shorey playing.

If Fletcher doesn't play tonight I should get back into the top 3,000.

Will need a boring 1-1 draw tonight though...

I need Sessegnon to come up with some serious goods tonight.

I had Berbatov as my captain so last night was a big dissapointment, I didn't see the game but saw some highlights a while ago, I'll certainly be keeping on to Berba for the near future, he did have one quite bad miss last night but what a superb player he is, some of his touches were absolutely amazing, he's scored feck all for the last few weeks but he'll be involved in so many scoring chances that I can see this turning around big time very soon, he gets a lot of criticism but as far as I can see he is Fulham's best player every time he plays.

I watched the game. He was well below par in front of goals. Looked very indecisive when in very good positions. Zero points for fancy touches and flicks in this game unfortunately.

Definately have my eye on him but I may hold out for another week.

Fulham (and Berbatov in particular) are missing Ruiz badly.

He seems to have gotten man of the match in just about everywhere possible, in the highlights I saw there was only one bad miss which was quite a good save. The one he put into the side netting would have been a goal that only 3 or 4 players in England could have scored while the one taken off the line was never gonna get thru the crowd, he misses Ruiz fair enough but with a bit of luck and better finishing from those around him he can be a big point scorer.

He is definately in the top 3 of the "most rediculously underpriced top class player in FPL" list.

Who are the other two? Michu and Felli??

    Torres, ftw.

Sterling is a must have IMO, his price is ridiculous and looking at Liverpool's next 3 games he could well score highly.

I was exagerating a little with that, but he is definately undervalued. Michu, Felliani and Puncheon are all hugely underpriced right now, as is Sterling to a lesser extent. I said at the start of the season that they completely undervalued all mids this year. Felliani and Michu will both be 9 next year (Michu even 9.5) if their form continues.

I was looking at Sterling late late LATE last night instead of my current replacement for Walcott (Snodgrass who, while having an incredibly tempting game next week, comes up against tough fixtures starting gw18).

However, whoever I get in has to rotate well with Puncheon and Sterling really doesn't. Othwewise he fits the bill.

At 5.7 I think he is getting near his true value but if you got him early at close to his starting price of 4.5 he is a steal

c'mon Martin, your job could be on the line. you need to at least play your biggest goal threat. if he comes off after 5 minutes, at least you can say you tried.

    :D
