    Anyways, i assume this removing of nuketown is some sprt pf trolling bu treyarch seeing as the message on it was open 24/7.

    really don't see why they took Nuketown off the selection.. it's the only thing i played...

    Is there a logical reason for removing it ? Guess it's Bot play for me now.

    Theyll probably release it for Christmas for 800 MS points :rolleyes:

    Well they can't charge people for that already have it... So they would only be getting new customers with that.... Still doesn't give a reason for removing it.

    I'd imagine that's part of the problem. A lot of people aren't moving on to the standard map rotation. It could also be that they just wanted to use Nuketown to boost the game throughout the year.

    Anybody playing the leagues? Good fun with all the gear unlocked. Finally did my 5placement games and came silver, zombie 3-1 or something. Can't find a list of the sub divisions anywhere tho

    After much scrutiny, though, Treyarch has confirmed that they’ve re-added the map in multiplayer. Instead of having its own playlist, though, Nuketown 2025 is included with a number of other smaller maps in a “Chaos MoshPit” playlist, which includes a number of Black Ops 2 game modes.

    Though the Twitter trend had already began, and Treyarch knew they were in some hot water, David Vonderhaar tweeted, “You killed the messenger, but I still fight for the users. RT to ‪#bringbackNuketown2025 and we will add to a small maps moshpit.” Three hours later news had broken on the Chaos MoshPit addition, and Vonderhaar added the following:
    The Chaos Moshpit playlist has Carrier, Cargo, Express, Hijacked, Slums, Standoff, and Nuketown 2025 in the rotation.

    As we stated, Treyarch knew they had dropped the ball on this one. Nuketown 2025 was a pre-order incentive – a successful one at that – so removing it completely from multiplayer was like telling the fans that their pre-orders were useless. Still, not having a Nuketown 2025 24/7 playlist will still enrage some fans, and we can only foresee it coming in just a short while.

    Still a bit shit that it's only back in rotation. It was good craic playing it on it's own.

    Then again, it's not like Treyarch put much effort into after care patches.

    Why? Its a clusterfcuk of a map. Ruined Blops 1 for me. I'm all for keeping it in its own separate playlist but keep it out of the general rotation.

    You think it's a clusterfûck, I think it's great craic and one of my favourite COD maps ever! Straight into the action, domination is a beast on it!

    Don't get me wrong, Its a great map for about four people. Six max. We used it for our Tomahawk/Ballistic Knife private games. It is just a wee bit too small to feel like your getting a fair game out of it.

    Only rented Blops 2 out for couple days so haven't bought it yet to check, is the Chaos Moshpit and Nuketown now available to all players or just people who preordered and to get free content?

    If the rotation includes Nuketown i would say it's only for people that pre-ordered and have nuketown installed. But i can't test it to be 100%

    They should just stick it in rotation and put it up for sale for 300 points. That way people who pre-ordered got their free bonus and anyone who wants to play it and missed pre-order can pick it up.

    Am I missing something? I tried the black hat and I have to get ridiculously close to something to capture or hack it, even my own care package. Can't do anything through walls apart from the odd betty. I have engineer on too.

    its funny, you have to get close to do care packages with it, but you can destroy UAV's etc, by aiming it at the sky. It also works if the care package falls out of bounds.

    Stole a War Machine last night, hilarious listening to the guy screaming to his other team mates how theres some sorta glitch in the game cause he cant get his care package

    I got final kill cam in a game of DOM lastnight with it, think it was on aftermath, was bombing down the side of the map saw the guy ahead dropping his care package ( it was only a UAV), stole it and ran away without even shooting him then it blew when he tried to open it :D

    I've ditched using the stinger now too since it destroys UAVs anyway. Also if you run Scavenger you get it back everytime you pick up an ammo pack. Pretty lousy if you use it on a team mates care package though.

    You just know the people who use the Black Hat yolk on teammates care packages are the same people to complain about it if and when it happens to them :D

    Anyway, apparently there is a patch out for the game. Probably taking out Nuketown again..

    Yeah point it at the plane in the sky once you spot it and hold the left button/L1 until the hacking bar fills up. It will destroy care-package delivery choppers in one go too. More powerful air support just launches a flare if you hit it with one but I suppose it would be pretty overpowered if you could take them down in one go.
