    it's called humour, which inevitably offends someone. Especially those with no sense of it. :rolleyes:

    Anyway, I bet it's nowhere near as scathing as some of the things I can imagine stand up comedians in Bengaluru must be saying about the Irish since we allowed a young Kannadiga woman to die unnecessarily just because of one of our quainter superstitions. :D:D

    I've seen a few of his shows (not sure if I've seen the one the OP is talking about) and he takes the piss out of us along with the Brits and everyone else not to mention himself.

    One that comes to mind is about all Irish people abroad writing "IRELAND" In caps on letters home.

    But he never shies away from his Irishness and includes it in his act.

    There's nothing to be offended about here.

    The basic premise of the joke is that Irish immigrants are no longer synonymous with trades in the United Kingdom. Dara simply asks us to picture these new computer literate immigrants on the graft.
