Can someone please tell me why this was worth €200 in first place?
    Not a chance

Not a fan of leccy razors but could be swayed if this is because its brilliant in some way.
    Plenty of reviews here

If you are a fan of a very clean, baby-skin shave, don't hold your breath. Grand for a quickie I'd imagine, that's the only reason I'm investing.

I assume that price will be honored when I go to collect? Got an email and text confirmation at the offer price

Price you pay is the price on the day you go to pick it up, so if you don't do it today the price could be corrected by tomorrow and you will have to pay the new price.

Price on the screen says it is the price until the 20th November so they would have to honour it up to close of the shop on Monday I would assume. (Unless they come out and claim it's a pricing error)

Thanks, I will stick to the razor blade method in the shower once a week and look like a hermit the rest of the time :)

Sounds like the isn't worth the full price, but is it worth the €31.78 at least?

It's a bloody error FFS. Look at the price with any competitor. How can you honestly expect PCW to price match this plus 10%?

Same as others pissed about the fact that they were prevented from making multiple orders on low value items to avail of the extra tenner off in the recent PCW error.

Mistakes happen. If you slip through, well done. But if it doesnt work out, dont be bitching about it endlessly. Some people on this forum are genuine fruitcakes.

Before YOU start bitching endlessly and swearing at me. Why dont you actually absorb what I wrote in that text. Same goes for the person who thanked your post.

I didnt once bitch about this offer. I actually think you mustve read my post while you were half asleep because its SO clear I said I wouldnt expect them to price match plus 10% IF its a genuine mistake.

The whole point of my post is that Currys are saying they dont price match plus 10% on any items in any store which are on sale. Nothing to do with a mistake, just any item which is on sale. I dont even have a problem with them doing this, its their offer and they can make it any way they like, my problem is that they do not mention anything about the offer excluding items which are on sale. Some might call it misleading, which is what I did in my post on their forum, but I dont think its designed to mislead, its just a downright lie.

Before you post up about this post, have a read again, just to make sure you understand it before you start throwing your infantile cursing around.

they offerring that, it is not my imagination, is it?
so either they stick to their word or cancel that offer, instead we get some bs from their 'marketoids'
Same as others pissed about the fact that they were prevented from making multiple orders on low value items to avail of the extra tenner off in the recent PCW error.

another example that their advertising campaigns are poorly planned and executed, but how it is my problem? someone got paid for that extra tenner idea so the same person should take responsibility for it

The razer is actually cheaper than the replacement heads. It was cheaper for me to buy this one new rather than get replacement heads for my old one.

Just picked my reservation up. Not sure if it's for keeping or a present yet!

    Thanks OP!

    Picked up 1 in Waterford.

I had it reserved yesterday and was afraid that the price would have changed by the time I collected it, or after I paid that they would chase me down the street after realizing their mistake

I actually would object a bit less if they had the good grace to wait at least a couple of weeks, and also maybe not to try and nearly triple their profit.

I think the guy looking for 85 euro is selling two at the same time? So it's not as bad as the guy chancing it for 95 euro...
