    I could be. :)

Good luck Cena, I hope all goes well for you and you will be back online to say hello soon enough.

dont think id change mine, had it so long now I am Bounty Hunter.

Always thought the ICE was something to do with Iceland and the DM was related to Danger Mouse for some odd reason

    You could't change Bounty Hunter....

well I can see why you thought both, my avatar was the danger mouse DM and I had my location as Iceland.

also remember where ice came from. That was the CAW name I used for the wrestler I create in every game that wwe brought out (forgot as he got a name change when they brought in the names that are used in the commentary). Might leave it as I love ice cream and ice comes up on my wifes phone when I call her!

    DM is only my initials.

I never thought it'd be any good so I never bought it. Hearing some of the reviews and people talking about it now though, I'm going to wait for the disc (not a lot of room left on my phat PS3 and downloading stuff takes ages). Looking forward to it

Aw wut?! I still havent played the 3rd. Without using spoilers, is it epic?

I havent gotten to the third yet because i thought the second was too short.

I adore it. The gameplay isn't great, tbh, but it's more of an interactive story, and the story is really strong and gripping.

Yeah I thought some of the gameplay, especially walking around, was clunky as hell.

There's a lot packed into 3rd, it's my favourite of the 4 out so far. There is a clunky bit walking around that slows everything down but other than that it's really great. 4 for me felt like a bit of a stopgap before the last chapter but there's some really great moments and does a great job of making me desperately want to see the conclusion. Can't wait for it to all go down soon enough!! The charactisation is great and the choices are interesting and feel weighted - although you'll end up in certain situations anyway no matter what you do -, it's rare that i'd feel so strongly towards Lee & Clem.

Yeah, have to go for a school visit day tomorrow. Starting to wonder why I picked the college course that I did.

Mind if I ask which one you're doing? I can take a guess if you do teaching practice in blocks. I did mine in Maynooth where we were in two days a week all year round :S

I'm doing history and religion in Mater Dei. Only did two six minute classes last year and this year I'm teaching in a secondary school for 4 weeks.

Up to sequence 8 now in AC3 and the further you go the more faults and crashes there are in the game, when it does desyncronize I do be convinced the whole time its crashing again. What will the next annual sequel do? Just blow up your xbox to ****, its obvious that running a game of this ambition isn't capable of the current hardware. The amount of pop ups and screen tearing is eye opening and a lot of the mechanics reliabilty are flakey.
When did rte start a Movie review show?
    Is it any good?

Red Dead Redemption: 89.8%. Close enough. The majority left is outfits and survival challenges type stuff (Read: the crap stuff :pac:)

Back to LA Noire now. Currently at 91.5% but still have one newspaper, a few film reels and street crimes to finish. Screw the cars!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,167 ✭✭✭Stereomaniac

The annoying thing about Red Dead Redemption for me was that there was no real way of discerning whether or not you had finished the story mode as the son. I'll do Undead next!

Yes, but is that a mission that you have to go and find for yourself in the game?

Anyone watching Children in Need tonight? It's usually a good show (I watch it mainly for the Doctor who skit and the music)

Did you enjoy RDR after? I found it one of the best games I ever played. I still play today even with it finished, I could spend hours at a time roaming the landscape hunting game and murdering anyone I come across. :pac:
Or else just hanging out at the saloon throwing back hard liquor and playing blackjack.

Is Twink the biggest heel in Ireland? Nobody believes any of these sob stories.

It was class. I didnt even consider any other games until I had nearly everything done. Then it became a question of LA Noire or GTAIV, both of which are in the low 90%'s. I started a new game in LA Noire but it keeps the previous stats so I get to do all the cases again but dont have to bother with film reels etc as I already have them :D

The first time I got attacked by a bear in RDR I almost shit myself. I was sneaking up on one of the bounties and TWO of them jumped me from behind! :pac:

Going to get the Undead Nightmare at some point too. That looks deadly.

    Congrats Bounty Hunter.
Dumb question but is there any reason why Jayk and Bounty both have Hunter in their names?
