    take the first 3 numbers of your phone number, not including 086, 087 etc
    multiply it by 1000
    add the last 4 numbers of your number

    take your phone number, multiply it by nine,
    add all the digits together,
    add all the digits of the answer together,
    keep doing that untill your left with 9.
