I don't sleep well most of the time - takes ages to get to sleep and when I do, I keep waking up so by morning I feel like crap. And sometimes I get the paralysis thing which is horrible! Recently tho, I've stopped smoking and am on nicotine patches. They have been giving me the most vivid dreams ever.......like being asleep on acid :D

Used to be on Flurazepam, Zopiclone or Temazepam but was taking too many of them too often so guess my sleeping problems are my own fault lol

I go through stages, depends on my anxiety levels and mood. Could have a few weeks with good sleeps, few weeks of bad. Wake up pretty often, sometimes I can go back to sleep, sometimes I can't! Its a pattern for me!

I dream every night really really vivid dreams, and always remember them in great detail, well at least 2 or 3 of them! My dad is the same, must be a family brain thing!

I sleep very little, but when I do sleep, I sleep fine.

I am a dream last night I made love to my grandmother.

Disgusting stuff but I quite liked it.

First time i got sleep paralysis I was freaked out,

Ended up getting it 3 nights in a row and really enjoyed the last one. Just kinda chilled out and enjoyed the show.

My sleep is generally really poor. 4-6 hours at best a night but once a week I will be dead on my feet and just fall into bed and get a decent uninterupted 10 hour snooze. A 10 hour snooze that I feel like death from when I wake up

Regarding my dreams, I always have very vivid dreams of me either being chased by a murderous gang (possibly asian)
only to wake up just as Im caught. Or else I am a murderer after killing loads of people and Im on the run from the cops.

I dont dream of killing the people I just starting dreaming and I've already killed them and the chase is on

I sleep badly and it's without a doubt the biggest problem in my life.

well I track it, so I can say that I average 56% deep sleep and dont usually wake up much during the night

I was just woken up after 7 hours and 35 minutes of sleep which is more than usual, but only 34% of that time was deep sleep so I don't feel great.

    I'm sleeping crap this month.

I think it's down to lying in till the afternoon and sitting about doing very little.

If I'm up early and have the dog out for a walk then into town for a bit, ill sleep grand that night.

Never had the sleep paralysis thank god but I get dreams that are not the most vivid but I wake up and think it actually happened, like buying a new phone in a dream, I wake to check it only to find out its still my ****ty old one :(

I don't know how anyone sleeps in Dublin. Maybe I'm just too damn poor - but every apartment I've had in the city has been horribly constructed and there is always (at least) one neighbour who thinks their apartment should be the local pub.

Very light sleeper so I tend to wake up 4 or 5 times during the night.

If I'm drunk I'd sleep thru a stampede!

I used to be an insomniac but not anymore. Sleep fairly well but I wished I remembered my dreams more, I only seem to remember them if wake up in the middle of them

Like a log. I'm out as soon as my head touches the pillow and straight into a deep sleep. I've still not remembered a single dream I've ever had, but then again maybe that's good

I only had sleep paralysis once. Found it very scary. Had been having a nightmare. Didnt feel like i was being watched though.
Felt a weight pressing on my chest. Couldnt even make a noise. Eventually i was able to say my wifes name and when she asked what was up i could move.
Mostly i sleep well though. Unless my zombie 1 year old wakes up.

I remember reading before about people who have horrifying night terrors where they wake up and there's someone sitting on their bed staring at them and they are frozen and can't move. Alarmingly, it's apparently quite common afaik!

I've never had that before but I have had the thing where you think you're falling and you wake up in a panic, very freaky.

Sleep paralysis, have had it the odd time. Not a pleasent experience, not always someone sitting on the bed, but anytime I have had it always had the feeling that I cant move. Not sure If I'm dreaming of being in my own bed, or just awoken suddenly from a really deep sleep and rest of body has not quite woke, but either way it has ocassionally been bloodly terrifying.

Generally I sleep quite well, 6-8 hours, unless there is alcohol in me, or if anxious about something.

Usually sleep okay, but recently haven't been sleeping well at all. Got a sum total of 0 hours of sleep last night, so I'm off about my day on no sleep.

"The thief eats better, but the honest man sleeps better"

I sleep like crap, and have done for years. I don't worry about it as I'm not tired during the day, but if I ever do get to sleep right through the night I feel like a lottery winner the next day.

I think I worry about missing something if go to sleep, I'm a fidgety type. Also I can't watch television as it seems being force fed an infinity of
    rice cakes. . . zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
    zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

    🧐IMHO, God wants us all to ENJOY many,many ice-creams , 🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦

I can only manage 8 hours of sleep at the absolute most. That's like heaven compared to when I went through a period of waking up every two hours.

I used to get this all the time when I was kid into my teenage years and still occasionally happens now. I remember being terrified when I was a child and being convinced that it was ghosts! I used to be paralysed, but could usually see shadows in the room or hear people talking. Once I found out what it was, it became less scary, obviously.

I'll go to bed at 9, then yap on the phone for the next hour and a half, then wonder why I got such a bad sleep when I get up, say I must go to bed early and the process starts again!

I sleep great, have to watch some telly or listen to some music or white noise to drop off but once I'm out I just completely banal dreams and I don't wake up till my alarm goes off. Used not be able to sleep at all without sleeping pills but I trained myself off them.

I sleep terribly, it's one thing I haven't mastered at all.

It's gotten worse since cohabiting as well.

Any tips or remedies that can help?

Sleep paralysis the odd time, never had night terrors.

How do I sleep? Not at all, without medication.

I have the most vivid and weird dreams too, makes it difficult to wake up, because 99% of the time they're really pleasant dreams and I could stay dreaming for hours. On the flip side when it's a nightmare, it haunts me for days.

Haven't had more than 5 and a half hours in 2 years. Just can't stay asleep any longer.

When I was younger I couldn't be dragged out of the bed. Now I'm awake at 6.30 every morning. Haven't been woken by the alarm clock once since I came to Korea a year and a half ago.

Would pay 500 euro if it meant I could sleep for 8 hours just once.

In general I am never more than ten minutes away from sleep. What I mean by that is that if I try to sleep I could generally be asleep within 10 minutes. I know that i am very lucky to have that ability, and TBH I cant understand people that have trouble sleeping. I can have some crazy dreams though, they usually involve getting chased by aliens or some varient. Last week i Dreamt that I could see dead people (ala Odd Thomas), scary dreams but fun scary dreams.

I recently dreamt that Robert Smith from the Cure gave me a signed Canoe
