    I don't sleep much.

I usually fall asleep like an hour before I'm meant to get up.

    :(

Luckily I can fall asleep within a few minutes of lying on the pillow. If I wake in the middle of the night and I'm in the middle of a dream, i can get up go to the loo and go back into the dream i was having before I woke.

    Fukin excellent stuff.

Excellently. Honestly, I mean I hate to brag but I am a frickin' fantastic sleeper. I'm almost a pro.

Of course I do practise every night for 6 - 8 hours so I have put the effort in.

I've always been a night owl so I tend to go to bed around 2 - 2:30am and then up at 8:30am for work.

I'm well used to the routine. In fact, if I go to bed early I'll wake up too early and won't be able to get back to sleep, so is my sleeping pattern.

Sleep great with some Zopiclone or Flurazepam. Not so well with out tho.

Zopiclone leaves a nasty taste in your mouth!

I love sleep and dream a lot. Even under times of high stress, sleep finds me easily.

Just try to move a part of your body, any part. I find this takes a massive force of will and feels like pushing a giant boulder, but once you make a small movement your body wakes up fully

I usualy sleep well. I didn't sleep too well last night because I was very tired but had to finish up some work which was due for this morning so I drank two cans of red bull.

Mine just stopped of their own accord, but get them once a year now.

Because it happened 3 nights in a row by the third night I knew exactly what was gonna happen and I knew there was nothing I could do about it until I fell back asleep.

I was just lying there with 3 shadows at the end of my bed staring at me with a forth one hovering over me. No biggie.

I sleep ok just. But Im used to it now so its fine. Except around this time every day I get soo sleepy. I can sometimes fall asleep quite fast but I will usually wake up after 2 hours and then wake up every half hour or so until its time to get up. Add to that we have a new kitten who by 7.30 is ready for play time and food and insists on nudging my head until I get up!

I find an active lifestyle, healthy diet and slipping the woman the salami on a regular basis leads me to sleep like a baby.
