    Keep forgetting to log. Can't remember last few sessions too well. Um, on Saturday, I played for a while. On Monday, I squatted 135kg x 1. Slowly does'er.

    Um, over the last few days, the main things were benching 82.5kg (I think) for 2x5 and pressing 50kg for 2x3. Upper back and guns, as always.

    Lately, have squatted 135kg x 1 (heaviest since injury) and pressed 55kg x 1 (also heaviest since injury). BB shrugging 130kg and lashing in loads of Bulgarians.

    Eating clean and healthy since Jan 1st. Went from 81.3kg to 75kg. Haven't trained terribly well/much lately and am also just back from holidays so strength is practically gone. Motivation is back though. Today was good.
