    I bring a Capri-Sun though I usually spill it on myself trying to get the straw in whilst lying down

    They have a sports pack one and even that's not the same. Capri suns must be drunk through straw whilst squeezing package for full sunshine affect.

    They should only be drank ice cold too.

    A nice glass of diluted kia ora orange with ice and a slice of lemon accompanies me to bed each night, 90% of it goes down the sink the next morning but those night you do wake up thirsty...oooh yeah! Refreshing.com

    I keep a small fridge full of hard liquor beside my bed. That way I don't even have to get up in the morning.

    Yes but middle of the night in the dark to save yourself from getting covered in orange, you could put the straw in the bottom!
