I know a guy that eats banana and jam sambo's.

    Ewwww

    Sounds dirt.

Knew an American lad that was mad for smearing peanut butter over a banana now and then. Haha that sounds hilarious. But yeah he did.

Strawberry jam mashed with very ripe bananas and a dollop of honey atop a wedge of buttered home made white bread ....... and a mug of strong, lightly milked unsweetened tea ......... who needs Kim Kardashian!

    Bananas don't make me happy.
Now chocolate - that makes me happy.
Chocolate understands when I've had a tough day, chocolate understands my needs, chocolate is always there.
The other day I was thinking about covering a ferrero rocher in nutella -must try that.

    Yup, OP, very true.

Along with eggs, coriander, turkey and avocado. All foods that contribute to the release of serotonin. :)

    Everything you eat releases seritonin/dopamine.

Who knew something in the shape of a banana could make you happier?

Not all foods are created equal.

For example, some foods get you feeling full faster and for longer (protein), and some foods get you releasing more serotonin on account of their nutrient content, than others. That's what I've read anyway. :)

Also, I feel much better and my mood is much sunnier when I'm eating healthily, than if I'm eating junk.

    What about Chocolate Bananas?

I love dipping bananas in melted chocolate and have had chocolate covered dried bananas also, delicious they were.

Well the Woody Allen film cheered me up anyway.

I'm a Plantain man myself, not the same 'natural sugar rush' as the Banana, but equally as satisfying, though I don't think Plantains make me happier, a lot of people tell me that I'm a sad fuc*er.

Rubbery steak, carrots, mushy peas and BANANAS, covered in thickening, sickening gravy, yum!
