Why do girls fall for w*nkers?

Its probably been done to death but its something that always made me wonder.

I must admit with great shame that last night when bored with nothing to do I stumbled upon a few Jeremy Kyle Show clips on youtube and the characters in it really got me thinking. Why is it that girls/women end up falling for people who are absolute scum of the society. There seem to be lots stories of girls who are in a relationship with some drug addict drunk scum in a gang and then the girl keeps complaining of how horrible her boyfriend is and how he beats her up or keeps cheating on her etc. Like what did the girl expect when she decided to get into a relationship with such kind of a person. A person who doesn't know how to treat people with respect is hardly going to treat his girlfriend with respect. And then you hear stories of people in abusive relationship and children growing up in traumatic households and all the psychological issues they end up facing.

I ask why get into relationship with such a person in the first place??

We judge relationships from our experiences - if your parents are in a dysfunctional relationship that becomes normal for you.

Jeremy Kyle and his cohorts are probably not the most reliable source of real life stories either.

The majority of women that go out with these guys are scum too.

Some younger women fall for w*nkers because...

1. They are attracted by assertive types but can't tell the difference between a decent alpha male and an aggressive w*nker.

2. They like the idea of taming a bad boy, even though they are probably doomed to fail.

Well any guy who spends the day loitering around with his gang of hoodlums harassing innocent people and doesn't have the faintest concept of what respect entails, couldn't be anything other than a wanker.

A lot of women like confidence in a man.

Not all confident people are ****, but most **** appear to be confident (though it can sometimes just be a front).

Therefore it can appear that many women are attracted to ****, though I'd say that most of the women I know hate ****.

But then, none of the women I know would go on The Jeremy Kyle Show.

Lol. I don't think c*nts necessarily love **** at all though. People with low self esteem don't always aren't always c*nts.

I read somewhere that chemically there is very similar endorphins and adrenalin released when you have pain or drama as is released when you are madly in love.
Guess your body could enjoy that reaction be it good OR bad.

I do also think its harder to split with someone who treats you bad as opposed a nice guy.

I don't understand, when the issue of what women find attractive arises, why a false dichotomy between either assholes or nice guys is always brought up.

Most men and women fall somewhere along the broad spectrum between the two extremes. Why don't they ever get a mention?

The other is the alpha male thing, people who rise to the top and gain positions of power are seen as wanker material. Often unfairly, where their people skills are sometimes lacking their ambition is not, ambition is an attractive quality.
