 That brings me to this week where I was going to run my 20 miler. Did 5 miles on Tuesday and yesterday, still feel the hip but is more discomfort than anything (not pain like before). Only going to do one more short run this week then try an LSR this weekend. Hoping for over 16 miles but will just see what happens. then I'll taper as usual. Disappointed but I went into this training plan late so I knew I couldn't expect miracles.
