Broken 3rd and 4th metatarsal still not right after 5 months

Hi.I had an accident horse riding.Horse squashed my right foot between himself and the surrounding wall.I fractured the 3rd and 4th metatarsals.5 months on and its still not right.Im still out of work because if i try and bear weight for long periods it gets very painfull.My movement straight up and down with the foot is good but trying to twist it sideways is extremely painfull still after 5 months.The doctor says it should be good but the physio can see its still not right and says it was a severe break that will take time.Any helpfull advice on this would be very much appreciated.i think myself there was more damage than the 2 metatarsals but what do i know.Will this cause future arthritis ect?Anyone with a similar experience?Many thanks guys..

I've never tried it but have seen well two people incl. that thread swear by it - they have nothing to gain as they are not selling anything so I have to believe their accounts.

Cissus is by all accounts affordable as well.

^ Mike - a suitable doctor for giggsy is probably not located in Signapore? The air travel would not help what with swelling etc.

In the meantime how is the weather over there in Signapore?

Interesting...

I've broken my wrist and the opposite hand in the past year from awkward falls in soccer and although I'm back playing ok, my hands haven't been the same since. Every morning it's sore to bend my fingers until I warm my hand up in the shower, and anytime I use weights there's slight pain.

Any boardsies got an experience of cissus?
