Hey all, lower back a bit tight from a rugby game. Have been to physio and that done wonders but just want to go to a gym with a pool and jacuzzi to help loosen it up a bit. Have gym in work so really just need a pay as you go place with pool and jacuzzi for one or two vists this week.

Somewhere in north Dublin would be good, preferably towards the coastal side if posible.

Can't think of any PAYG gyms that have a Jacuzzi out that way but a hot bath with epsom salts is better for relaxing down tight muscles!

How about you go to a gym and ask for a weeks free trial to test the facilities because you're interested in joining and have tried <insert big compeditor> and wonder how these guys shape up.

Both good ideas. The bath thing wont work as live in an apartment with no bath, only shower unfortunately. But now I think about it the other half's parents have a large bath with jets which may help so will check if can get over there.

Will also have a look at gyms which will give a few free visits first, but also hate the sales pitch they always throw at you straight away. I really just cant stand it and rather just pay and do what I want to do in there.
