This happened to me too with XBL. I'd gotten by without having to log in for ages (mainly because I rarely went online with it, but even when I did it never asked me), then randomly one night it asked for my login details.

Having set up the account in '09 with a special hotmail account, I couldn't remember the password. Worse still, I couldn't remember the email address I'd used.

Had to go back to my original account, losing over 15000 Gamerscore, as well as having 100% of the achievements on LA Noire. Sad times.

It did give me incentive to play through a few old games again though during the drought of releases over the summer.

Also, if I'm gonna be part of UCC Simon, I should probably encourage this kinda stuff: Next week is Simon Week. If anyone's interested in raising awareness about homelessness or volunteering to help out, they might want to check it out. You can become as involved as you like. Is good!!

To be fair though, with the set up of the music industry most female artists are hot by default.

Lads. Need your help.

My USB seems to have gone a bit haywire, it's showing that the majority of memory is being used but when I go into the folder it says that there are no files present. Anyone any ideas? Is everything gone? I have most stuff backed up to dropbox but not everything.

could be corrupted in which case u would have to format it. Run a scan on it see if it finds any virus'

Get a student card if you don't have one already, and AIB do vouchers so it only costs €3

Nahh I dont have a student card.. I thought you had to be 3rd level for them to be any good to ya. Wont have a travel card thing sent away for before this weekend but think Ill send away for one sooner rather than later.

Yes, I see it :pac: If you go into AIB and open a new account, only takes a couple of minutes, then you should be able to ask to get a voucher, and you don't ever have to look at the account again. That's what they do in AIB in Cork anyway! If you look at this page there's places you can go and they'll print off a card for you straightaway or faster than posting it off. It's well worth getting even if you order it by post, and you'll have it next year in college until December. It's saving me 15 euros a week on my train fare to Cork since this time last year, so it's fairly substantial when you're using it regularly!

Aren't the vouchers for 3rd level only though? No harm in asking anyway I suppose!

When I started first year in UCC last year, that was one of the offers AIB had to entice students into setting up an account with them. I don't think it was open to second level students as I didn't see it advertised anywhere other than on campus.

Ye I checked it out earlier, it says it's only for 3rd level first years but any year can do it as far as I've seen. And I think you can only use the express places for the travelcard on campuses if you have a 3rd level student card. If you're in 2nd level you have no choice but to post it off, so Deise_girl and I deduced anyway earlier.

Seriously? Donate to a site that's providing illegal streams of copyrighted material... yeah, I'll get right on that! :rolleyes:

in fairness, bandwidth isn't free and you used their service, it's perfectly reasonable. Without the donations the site might not be able to exist, and south park will have no way to evade television censorship in many countries

Besides, the actual south park website streams for free anyway.

Holy Crap. the buy and sell has gone to hell. Complete copy of donedeal id swear i was actually surfing donedeal site. buy and sell is fair crap tbh. surpised their even getting away with such a scam.

Happened a few years ago. Hasn't been any use since about 2009 tbh.
