Not sure if this will work and not sure if this crying throne is in Ireland or India? :D

Is the door eating the toilet, or the toilet eating the door?

I can't decide if the property owners or the letting agents are worse. What kind of people think that some of these hovels are worth a penny. I'm pretty sure none of those people are living in places like some of these.

    €6000 Grafton Street apartment..
Not funny or anything, just jaysus; no man has a chat-up line that could do a better job than just bringing around pictures of this place if it was yours. I'd just print them on a t-shirt

It's nice and all, but it's hardly €6000 a month nice.

It sure ain't no Raglan Road.
Where or what is the 'island place' you speak of?

Twas earlier in the thread, a beautiful mansion on Inisbeg or some other island off the west coast.

Ah yes, I have a recollection of that place.

This one is far more reasonable than 6k a month, and just as nice!
    http://www.daft.ie/searchrental.daft?id=1263887
But it doesn't have an island.

With the other one, you're paying double for the Grafton St location. Ballinteer, never heard of it :pac:

Well I can't even imagine having the kind of income that could afford it, so the price is a moot point for me :P

I think I'd prefer the location of Grafton St... Seems like noise wouldn't be an issue either.

It has a washing machine in the kitchen! €6000 a month you sure wouldn't be washing your own clothes.

It has a shower you would be disappointed with in a €900 apartment and also it appears there is the decomposing body of a woman in one picture.

Why is there a woman posing in all of the photos?? Are we to imagine that as us in the house?

Could be a bit awkward getting around, with her faffing at your bits all about the house.

    Property Description:
Beautiful Architect Designed house in a quiet cul de sac, yet minutes from city centre.

Well now, considering the apartment is on top of the Spire, I don't think that's an unreasonable use of the available space. Some people have such high expectations since the Celtic Tiger! :pac:

Bonus points for the bronze sex doll awaiting your pleasure on the bedroom floor though? And then a nice claim against the apartment owners when you break your toe off it coming back from the toilet in the middle of the night and/or put your back out trying to reposition her when you get bored of freezing cold missionary to offset off the cost of the rent

It's only a guess but it is not big money for company to provide their CEO's, and other more important guests with nice, five star accomodation on temporary basis?
