bikram yoga - good foods for yoga

    Hi

    Started to do bikram yoga recently, I am wondering can anyone recommend good foods to eat before / after / the next day. I know hydrating is important, but I always find i crave salty / sugery snacks the day after so I figure I must be missing something. Any suggestions?

    I don't have any weight loss goals, as I usually go to evening classes I would have a decent meal at lunch time rice or pasta with vegetable (I'm a vegetarian) and maybe a banana or nuts closer to class, can't eat 2 hours before.
