Mobile/Call Out Physio for Neck Pain

Hi,
I'm dying here at the moment with a bad batch of neck pain. It's been bad the last week. I went to physio on Tuesday which seemed to help a bit but I woke up bad again Wednesday morning. Now it's the worst it's been, it's paining me to move any way at all, even whatever muscles move when I take a deep breath or laugh is causing me pain. I was driving already this morning and would prefer not to travel any distance to go to physio as every bump in the road is painful and checking mirrors and changing gears is difficult.

Looking for any universally recommended Physio's who are either very close to Dun Laoghaire or would be able to do a call out, as soon as possible.

There's an osteopath clinic just up the road from me, maybe they would be worth checking out too?

Don't go to an osteopath!

Ring your local physio clinic (check www.iscp.ie for your local one if you're unsure), and chances are they do home visits or know someone who does.

Hope you're not in too much pain!

Go it looked at by GP and get a referral to hospital or physio

I ended up getting an appointment that day with Ruth Magee in Enniskerry. I saw a few recommendations online and remembered my own mother recommending somebody in Enniskerry, rang her and it turns out it was the same lady, rang my GP and he recommended somebody next door to him but when I mentioned Ruth Magee he said she was excellent.

Hopefully I'll be back in good shape soon!
