Good gyms in Howth/Sutton/Baldoyle areas with pool?

Moving out to Sutton next month. Any decent gyms (with a pool) in the area?

A few options in the area with a pool:

Deer park Hotel Howth - Small gym & pool
Marine Hotel Sutton - Pool only
Portmarnock Leisure Centre - Larger pool & gym than Deer park.

Portmarnock is the pick of the bunch with pool but other options around if you don't require a pool.
