    To be perfectly honest, I find it incredibly annoying in France.
    I was on the train and had a dog wee all over my luggage.
    I've also witnessed dog-fights in cafe where owners couldn't get control of them.

    There are loads of different perspectives on this issue.

    I used to live on Camden street and people would regularly p1ss against my front door and window in the middle of the night. I've also seen plenty of violence and fighting in pubs. This behaviour is not confined to dogs, and is certainly not representative of all dogs.
