Can't say it would get me excited but if fit he's better than Meyler, Vaughan and Gardner so would be an improvement to our squad and add depth to the CM spot. Presumably will be a small fee too? Solid if pretty unspectacular providing fitness isn't an issue.

Bendtner to Juve on a loan with an option to buy seems to be a done deal as long as he passes the medical. Apparently he had all but agreed to sign for Siena before Juve swooped.

Seen a quote today for the Juve chief (could be wrong) that Bendtner wasn't the top class signing they wanted, but they had to strengthen their attack.

Good news for Bendtner. We didn't really want him in the first place. Ha.
