Thirst was a headscratcher alright. Park Chan wook is a skillful director. Oldboy and lady vengeance are my favourites.
not quite as good but Mother was pretty awesome too, same director as memories of murder

I think blondes are FAR sexier than brunettes.

Have you seen the other 2 in the trilogy, Sympathy For Mr Vengeance and Lady Vengeance? They're all first class!

...and Memories of Murder and A Bittersweet Life are brilliant too.

If you like foreign language films check out "Pan's Labyrinth" it is a great film and it has the best performance of a pyscopath I have ever seen in a film. I thought it should have won the Oscar for best film that year, but it didn't even win the best foreign language film. "The secret lifes of others" a german film. I like German films as well.

I think Redheads are more sexy then both those choices.

I can't think of the name of it but it was a film about a Godzilla type monster it was surprisingly good.

'I want to buy the most cheap/ crappy/ small/ most inferior car I can possibly find'.

If you're buying a jacket, why would you feel proud to say 'I'm going to buy the cheapest, crappiest piece of junk that fulfils it's duties... barely... in fact, that sack over there will do'.

People driving a crap car often have this air of superiority about avoiding the unnecessary expense unlike those silly petrolheads. I've had some brilliant cars over the years and I've never spent a lot of money on them.

You probably know cars, I don't, although I would never buy a new car its just to much a waste of money, I tend to buy a year old car. I have been lucky so far.

Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler, Nicholas Cage, Hugh Grant, Eddie Murphy, Steve Martin, Seth Rogan and Jack Black are the same in every film they are in.
    I hate them all.

I think a woman's haircolour is third-last only to her boobies and being under 15 stone when it comes to physical attributes that contribute to sexiness.

Miriam O'Callaghan isn't actually very good at her job. I'm baffled by how everyone thinks she's some sort of national treasure.

Pan's Labyrinth is something else alright. Realistic and often shocking war movie crossed with fairy tale, a combo that shouldn't work but somehow does.

Is it bad that I had to look up who she is?

Miriam is terrible, doesn't matter who she's speaking to if you weren't looking at the screen you'd swear there was dubbing going on because her voice never fits any situation or tone.

    Irish sausages are terrible.

You are buying cheap crap from Centra I bet

Don't buy the cheapest and expect amazing quality

Go for a good brand, Shaws of Limerick is one. Clonakilty is another.
    I don't recommend Dennys

Every brand is different and if you buy cheap, well no wonder you're getting filler and little enough meat

Brunette/Red floss is easier to take out of your teeth than blonde floss.

Do you remember that officers disregard for life, his expression, his executions, the fear he engendered, he was amazingly scary and not a man you would want to meet.

It was an amazing film, one everyone should have experienced, but that actor who was that officer, I will never forget. I can't remember the child who was the focus of the story. But I will never forget him.

I remember thinking jesus how could someone be that way, a real micheal myers, who could be all of us, given some power.

Everyone who likes a film should see that movie. It really is a very, very beautiful film and very emotional ,
it will bring a tear to your eye.

+1, in the same bracket, Bruce Springsteen must be one of the most over-rated artists alive.

You forgot Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn. Likeable at first but it's just grown so thin!
