    Is there a particular time that the Boards server is busy/people are on? Most of the time I go to play multiplayer it seems kinda dead and so I go elsewhere.

    There's an update to minecraft coming out soon, and once that comes out (and the plugins we use are updated) we'll be resetting the world and starting again.
    This won't be for a few weeks though, but once people hear about a reset it generally dies down a little on the server.

    Regular crowd are over on the Boards Tekkit Server until the reset. You should come over :)

    I was on looking around and to my horror saw someone had griefed my castle pretty badly.

    Seems that people think that no one being on is an invitation to grief.

    It wasn't that bad, there was only 2 real problems. That sheep couldn't regrow wool and the extra long login time.

    I found a tool yesterday called MultiMC, it allows multiple installations of minecraft, so add your existing version to it and create a new updated version so you can run either!

    As soon as there's a bukkit 1.3 dev build we'll start testing the factions plugins and getting everything prepared. Then we can hopefully reset and begin when a 1.3 beta build is out.
