I think the server restart jumbled everything around a bit. Anyway, I found a white pick up with a good amount of fuel, some morphine injectors, I think a windscreen, a wheel, some blood bags , a water bottle and maybe another item or two. No weapons.

Does it sound like yours?

I wish this server would stop kicking me! it's so annoying considering I'm 100% legit.

*edit* Arrgh just got kicked again, thats like 3 times in a row! I got about 4 metres in the game each time and I got kicked.

Guess I gotta play on another server for a while.

I saved a white pick up with some juice in it in a town called Staroye North of Elektro.

Don't know if it will be still there but it was when I loaded back in, before I was kicked 3 times.

So up for grabs if anyone's about. It's behind the barn at the entrance opposite the roadside.

Fantastic! We were in a gunfight with the guys who brought 2 of those Pickups. We blew up one and you stole the other while the siege was on which actually forced their last guy to give away his position when he started firing at you lol. It was hilarious watching you tear away up the hill. We were well pleased haha.

So me a few friends were just killed by hackers in a russian server. we had just found a bus and were getting some fuel for it when someone wrote get to the bus on chat and three of the four of us just hear our legs snapping then drop dead :mad: Was so phucking pissed off, had a nice amount of gear. I had a coyote backpack, an m107, an aks cobra and a glock with plenty of ammo for all and a load of medical supplies as well. One of the other guys had an m249 with about 4 200 round mags. Just really pissed off :mad:

Ok guys. The 14K just made one of the biggest hauls you'll probably ever see. 1 Ural truck containing practically every gun in the game in abundance all ammos many GPS and NV Satchel charges you name it. We could only take so much and so we want anyone here to go and get whatever they want out of it before "Ze Germans" find out it's gone. The server is DE 173 and we parked the truck at the apartments in Berezino. Grid reference 122 058. I know it's very late/early and so not many people may get to raid it but trust us there are still tonnes of weapons/equipment for grabs in it worth going for.

Here're a couple of pics: http://imgur.com/a/oe2iC The guns left are what we couldn't take. As you can see the slider bar has a long way to go down.

We shot the 4 tires so hopefully that'll make it harder for anyone to move it with the small amount of petrol still in it but yeh we just wanted to share the wealth with the rest of you Boards server users because The 14K can be merciful and benevolent in times of prosperity

Good luck to anyone going for some of the gear. Hopefully it wont be gone before people here get a chance at it. If it is. That's life. We genuinely do want all Boards server people to prosper because we believe what goes around comes around so by giving you all these lovely weapons we can then enjoy taking them off you at a later date.

Just quoting it so more people see it on this page and possibly get some gear but also to ask that anyone who does go and get some stuff tell us about their trip here. We're intrigued to know what will happen to the truck next. If they'll salvage it and drive it away still holding it's guns or if the boards lot will get to it first and strip it.

-edit: 08:35 Just checked and the truck IS still there at this point so everything is most likely still in it.

Hmmm is it normal for vehicles to just despawn ? I came across a tractor in the woods so took it for a bit of a spin, anyway was navigating through a town and nudged the front of it(Probably coincidence). I then got kicked by that battle-eye ****e, when i joined back up the tractor was gone....

I doubt it, it only took me 30 seconds at most to get back in game.

Also... damn back packs... is it just me that can't seem to pick up new/bigger packs ? I've come across a few now and none have had any option to pick them up. (I've cleared the area of other items etc aswel as it suggests on other forums.

Drop the one you have first. Also, if there's any other gear near the new one, you've to move it first.

Normally I have to clear all the items so "Gear" is no longer an option and then walk away a little bit and walk back, only a couple of metres.

On a side note my Supply point on top of the apartments yesterday went well. Managed to hand off an ALICE pack and a load of supplies to people walking through. Only had two people attempt to kill me. One of which would not reply to me at all even though I could hear him eating and drinking below me, and told him that if he didnt I'd assume he was hostile.

Does anyone here play DayZ with a GTX 570 and a an i5 2500k? If so, what settings are you able to run it on, and at what framerate?

The reason I'm asking is that I have an old GTX 570 that I'm throwing into a new build for my brother, and I wanted to know what kind of performance he could expect, what with all the new beta drivers and patches that have popped up for ARMA.

You'll be able to run it on very high settings and very good FPS (50-60 for the most part). You might dip to 30fps or so depending on the scene but that can happen to any hardware with this engine.
