She tweeted "With so many Africans in Greece... At least the West Nile Mosquitos will eat some homemade food!!!"

She also retweeted a comment from a politician, criticising the Pime Ministers stance on emigration.

I thought it was a pretty nasty remark TBH, and probably a warning to other Olympians to think before they tweet.

This is a reference to an outbreak of the West Nile virus, a potentially fatal disease transmitted by mosquitoes of African origin, in Athens this summer.

How is that racist ?

What am I missing ?

It's about like suggesting that if there was an outbreak of German measles then some sort of numerous statement about German tourists catching it too.

The other tweet about emigration possibly (I don't know what it said).

Or maybe it's Greece trying to save a few quid.

Its stupid not racist, Daley Thompson's remark's were much worse. She should have known better though that they jump on anything that is even bordering on racism.
