    Yeah, its strange alright. I nearly had a heart attack as well when she mentioned she could forward me on to someone(I thought I mistakenly dialed the premium rate number) but I just had a look on my phone and I defiantly called the customer care number listed on screen.

    Maybe someone should dial back and record it for some evidence?
