I'm thinking of doing the same. I think it gives the car a newer look about it. Coupled with projectors you can knock about 2 or 3 years off how old the car looks.

The smoked white indicators like fine too though!

Wellllllllllllllllllll i just bought them...now I hope Ulster bank sort their shite out so I get paid in the next while!

I have the clear side lamps and silver bulbs all round. I think it'll look great with the black indicator lamps up front. Can't wait.

This car is coming along nicely:D;)

Didn't Nissan Doc say that he had seen a load of E46`s had broken rear springs and people were driving around unaware?

    He's right too, but Alan has a H&R Cupkit installed, 55 / 35 drop F/R

~700 miles this week alone, and it's been about 2 weeks since the car got washed!

The style 194s on my car protruded a little further than that I think. You will be fine 95% of the time. The real test is when you have two salad dodgers in the back.

I don't think it's giving any issues so far, so happy days :D

Looks much meaner, more M3 like in terms of stance

Also a lad in McD's started chatting to me about the car when I pulled up at the drive-thru.... haha.

Finally got around to checking the drivers side sill...as suspected not much there as the foam came out cleat

    img1298large.jpg

Treated the small rust spot with Hammerite Kurust

    img1300large.jpg

Bilt Hamber Dynax S50 Cavity Wax to the rescue

    img1314large.jpg

Only way to see into the cavity is with a digital camera..looks a mess but thats the way it supposed to! :)

    img1317large.jpg

Panels still out till the fumes go...took a day or 2 when the passenger side was done.

No I don't...I'll have to go out and get someone to take them off for me, and actually replace them.

Tbh, these spacers wont fit, I just wanted to see what they'd look like:( Car's too low!

Ah they don't need replacing - it's usually some ape who over tightened them by a mile when putting them on last. They only need to be 125nm torque or thereabouts.

I actually broke a breaker bar trying to get the bolts loose on the ma's car they were on so tight.

If they fit diesel boy's range, they'll fit your car!

Trouble is...that my car is considerably lower than diesel boys!

That would make sense since it's a petrol and real cars usually come from the factory lower don't they?? :pac:

Lads, I presume the best place to go to get these feckers removed, and normal non lock nuts would be a dealer? Or would anyone have those bolts?
