    12!

I'd probably do worse on an Irish one, Irish history is pretty boring.

    2. Which tribal leader fought against the Roman conquest of Britain?

    A. It wasn't called Britain then so all answers are wrong

Eh, yes it was — unless you're saying that it was Britannia because it was in Latin…?

Got 10. What other categories do they have on the citizenship test apart from history?

As an Irish Republican I am not sure if I am happy with my score :D
You scored 11 out of a possible 15

Congratulations! If this was the real British citizenship test you would have passed the 75% mark. Well done you! Feel free to keep your passport.

Full score! You know your Churchill from your Henrys and can remain in the UK with a British passport.
    Damn I was lucky.

I got 7, born there and lived there for 13 years...

I'd probably do worse on an Irish citizenship version

I scored 11, I could actually take up a British passport due to fact that my mother and father were both children of British* Citizens, well they were both Irish but both my grandfathers whom I never met were both British Citizen's due to the fact they were born in Ireland whilst it was under British rule before Independence.

My parents would first have to claim their UK passports before I could claim then, neither will do it as they are staunch Nationalists, and my mother said her father would turn in the grave if she claimed he was a British Citizen to get a UK Passport, the same man fought in the old IRA in the war of independence.

It is actually safer to have an Irish passport anyway because if you were kidnapped with say a UK passport it would be off with your head wheras an Irish Passport may see you being released.

    13. Shocked at that, since I have very little interest in England and never did History past Junior Cert level when I was in school.

I don't want to be British!

Not how it works unfortunately. If that was the case everyone here with a Grandparent born in before 1922 would be able to get one.

Perhaps, but it didn't help Margaret Hassan

    9.. missed by one question.

I'd think most British people would fail this.

    I got 10 and failed ;-)

    Need more than 10 apparently.
