 . 28 is definitely not too old. Graduate entry medicine is a 4 year option (RCSI, UCD, UL and UCC offer this). I know plenty of people in their mid-thirties now working towards that goal. If you're interested in finding out more there are a few good websites like pagingdr forum and newmediamedicine with people discussing all stages of the course, from applying to graduating.
