Second easiest thing is to upload the photo to something like imgur.com and display the photo here

Course they will. 36"-42" will cut through 95% of locks like cheese.

A good one will, the aldi/lidl ones arent great!
If its a smallish lock 2 decent spanners will break it!

What does the lock look like. There's at least 10,000 ways to break one open. Need pics.

    That will see you right.

Are you going to dispose of all the evidence?

You were right, clamp off in about 5 mins. Have pictures and stuff to follow. Clamp is safely stashed.

How will this play out from here?

i.e. will they try pursue legal action & if they do have they a leg to stand on?

Nothing will happen. NCPS have no prove who took anything. As far as JUSTICEFIGHTER is concerned, no one knows he removed the clamp.

All NCPS can prove is a clamp was placed on the car (they have photos). The car owner can play stupid and say, when they returned to the car, there was no clamp on it...

It's be brilliant just to say your car wasn't clamped when you got back to it. Act completely innocent!

Disposing of the evidence might be an idea?

If they have no clamp, they can't prove criminal damage. Not that it'd ever make court.

The clamp has been removed though, no? It's in someone's patio/balcony/garden next to a flowerpot?

You seem to know a lot about the location of the clamp for someone who wasn't envolved? :D

I know that's what he means don't leave the clamp behind.

I was thinking he meant to actually dispose of it from where it is now to be honest, I still do.

They don't. They can complain to the Gardaí but you can play dumb.

What'd you use? I think that people won't be taken to court for the fear that ncps lose. Then there business comes falling down like a deck of cards.
