Just bought Lavezzi for 4200 . Gotta admit, I was hysterically laughing briefly when the timer ran out, couldn't believe it :pac: Admittedly I spent an extra 350 on a 4-5-1 card as well for him but even still.... highway robbery is what just happened moments ago
Average going price for Lavezzi on PS3 is around 10K.
Half tempted to make a move for Lucio now when the spare change.
Nice going, and a great deal, I seem to get lucky with deals all the time these days i.e Sanchez for 2300 and David Luiz for 1100!! Build that team mate! haha

Attack is the best form of defence for me
I did try the 5-2-1-2 formation after struggling through my very first few matches, and I opposition found it very difficult to break down. But I thought it was boring and once, I sorted out my defending (have played 20 H2H in 3 years worth of FIFA, primarily a Pro Club player in that time). I've reverted back to my favourite formations ie: 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 and 4-5-1. Still not the best defender mind but I win far more than I lose I can say that.Getting fed up playing against these 5-3-2 Ultra Defensive players, there is just no way though and they will wait for there 1 chance in the game to play a through ball from one of there centre backs to their 90+ pace strikers. Got to two semi finals last night and was dumped out by one of these players each time.
Frustrate them, lure his players out of position and counter yourself0 -

Lads I just can not win a game.Played a game there 1-0 at half time to me.Then in the second half suddenly my deffenders turn to rubbish and I lose 4-1.What should do?
Most goals I concede come from a counter attack, I usually dominate possession 60/40 and my wing backs pushing up was always the cause of me being caught for a 3 v 3 or something ridic.
To counter this I now play ''Defensive'' from Kick off, this means my Wing backs wont join the attack without me bringing them up.
One lad called me ''Ultra Defensive'' after a game once, I had 60% possession, with only about 10% of the total amount in MY 1/3 of the pitch, and he had about 2 shots to my 15+.... some people don't understand what Defensive means 0 -

You could also just change the workrates. Dani Alves and Marcelo have high attacking work rates so I'd pretty much regularly get raped on the counter. What I would say as a general tip is to try keep ball. Try not to be predictable <-- difficult to learn I guess. Don't be afraid to go backwards. The opponent will usually get frustrated and start diving into tackles. Then the fun begins.
How do you fellas keep the squad fit btw? I always end up buying silver squad fitness cards

Also I just put the players I want rested on the subs/reserves so they recover fitness.0 -
