Wtf is Bus Aras if not a 'feature'?

    Its a bus station.

This is DEFINITELY a case of the researchers ringing people from the contacts-list to talk about this particular non-issue. Meanwhile, hundreds, if not thousands of callers will not get any air time to discuss matters of national importance.

Joe's ego and self-importance wins out once again...

Doesn't understand why BE don't come on to talk about it.... to be harangued, more like - and worse, sighed at with intend - can't say I blame 'em.

Surely it's better in Busaras cos it's right in the city centre.

Lots of rich people have weird priorities though, if I had 1.5 million to leave to something it would be The Niall Mellon Township Trust or something similar not a tourist attraction!

If the model railway is the no. 1 attraction in Malahide, I'd love to know what no.'s 2-10 are.

I would have thought the castle and grounds would trump a railway set?

I work for Irish Rail and I genuinely wonder about people who get enthused about this kind of thing.

Grown adults worrying about where toy trains are going to end up.

Put the train set in Crumlin hospital and give the money towards the kiddies!

Having done my small bit of sarky bitching, I must admit that BE (or is it DB?) spending 1 million when they're going down the tubes along with the country (where's my no. 19 route gone:mad:), when there's 1.5 million going a-begging for free, does sound a bit - a lot - bonkers. Quelle surprise

This guy is annoying me. Last year he was giving out because the railway was going into storage which was a disgrace. Now he's giving out because somehow it's ridiculous that a bus company are running a model radio.

It's not a real railway ye tool, it doesn't matter who runs it.

There's something very wrong about a childrens hospital having to put on emotional blackmail style fund raising ad like that one. :(

Especially in the middle of all that shyte about a model railway.

Not my decision to say it has such, talk to architects. They all love it for some reason.

Having used it numerous times over the years, to me it's a joyless dump.

I would have thought that emigration is of huge interest to people, lots of people have positive as well as negative experiences of it?
