    Well think he was trying to say it took 24 hours back then to get to the uk
    so really he means its easier for people now with transport ect

    I think he was saying it took 24hours to go from Clare to London and today you can go to the other side of the world in that time and maybe times are a bit better.

    And that politicians havn't changed here, they are still a shower of useless feckers.
