C'mon baby pancake, do me proud!! Actually isn't Ivy in France? What's french for baby pancake?

Work situation improved slightly, should be all resolved by tomorrow evening. Knot in stomach has loosened enough to allow copious amounts of pancakes, at least.

I was a measly 4lb when I was born. My Dad could hold me in the palm of his hand! :o

My brother was 2 pounds. It was a miracle he didn't die!

I feel kinda bad now that I'm not really talking to my Dad and kinda avoiding him while he's here, even-though I probably won't see him for about another year. He's being a total ass though. My Mother is delighted I'm avoiding him, of course!

Guy at work's daughter was 475g when she was born. Smallest ever in Ireland to survive at the time.

    What's 475gin lbs? I'm confused by grammes.. :o

I thought myob told me that I weighed as much as a bag of sugar but think it must have been two bags. I was tiny though!

Watching a documentary on the anti-apartheid movement and Mandela and all the other heroes of that time like Tambo and Biko. Getting really emotional here. I'm dreading the day Mandela dies. It is going to be a huge blow to so many Africans. And so many others including myself.

Men like him changed the world in a way that so many thought could never happen.

Dear Lord  I thought I was small but I was 5lbs 9oz! My bf was smaller than me his mum told me. :)

^ That's quite normal, no? My other brother was 5lbs 8oz...he was 3 weeks premature. I was 2 weeks overdue and weighed 6ibs 11oz...I think I was the heaviest! My sister was 6lbs something.

My Mother weighed only 56kg when she was 9 months pregnant with me  She was quite sick. That's only 1kg more than I weigh now! Okay she's a few inches shorter than me...but still!

No I don't know who owns her sorry...I just thought it may have been shanganagh park. I go running there a bit and I really miss having a pet, I can't justify getting one but if I found one that needed a home :o

That's how I ended up with with my little dog, he needed a home and he completly charmed me into keeping him :)
I've lost track of how many times I've found dogs abandoned in the peoples park though- seems the stray/neglected dogs from the nearby estates (one in particular) all seem to end up there :( I'll keep you in mind for the next time I find a little dog :D everyone should own a dog

Just over a pound no? I thought a pound was 454g?

I'm in agreement with kiera on gok. I never watch him but on the rare times I've seen an episode he always cops a feel of someone's boobs or bum. Cunning!

    Baby Pancake - 7lb 7oz

Jane, we have the same plates as you :D

Well the fashion show was awesome! The Dance Soc absolutely made the night! I was really happy to see average-sized girls on the catwalk, not only really thin girls. I know it's only a college fashion show but there are model scouts there, so they take it very seriously. My friend's friend stole the show, and she's about a size 14.

Whoo for normal people, thin people and not so thin people! They all looked gorgeous :)
