Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    feeling fresh considering 2 x max effort days in a row. i just done some bar work snatchs + overhead squats, stretching. done 5 font squats too. big session. il need a extra few hours in the scratcher in the morning.

    like i said yesterday havent cleaned since may, im feeling a bit tender today. the landing spots on each shoulder have 2 almost identical bruises which at at least prove my form was consistant as there pretty neat. the backs of my shoulders have pretty bad doms from something yesterday, i havent put my finger on what but they are there. whinge over heres todays work

    have to start tackling the fatness, going to try and get in 3/4 interval sessions a week on top of the gym work.
    went to the park and ran lenghts of the gaa pitch with 30sec rest at each end. im only doing 20 min and am judging progress on the amount of lenghts ran the time.
    i intended running at about 3/4 pace but dropped down dramatically as time went by.

    i was meant to start these at 157.5kg and work up in 2.5kg increments but pulled up in my warmups at 140kgx2, my knee said no. its been swollen for the last 2/3 days and iv had a bit of trouble with it in the past - broken knee cap and a full acl tear a couple of years apart - so im going to give it a break and a lot of ice for maybe 10 days-2 weeks and hopefully it will settle down. il probably lash into some gvt stuff on the upper body in the mean time.

    70kg x 2 - rep and max pb - 75 kg felt impossible 4months ago so this is progress, i would have nailed 72.5kg but d'oracle threw bad vibes at me.

    im starting a rehab on my knee on monday, so will be switching focus to upper body for a little while with the lower rehab work. i had no plan going down today so done the following, i need to bring back some structure soon

    mon night - session with physio, good news is they can save the leg....

    tue night - 20min rehab to correct my incorrectness, this will now have to happen before every session for the foreseeable future. light squats in 5's up to 100kg, just to feel out where im at, focus on dept - absolute atg and good form, i felt ok and comfortable during and after, home for more stretching, rolling, icing.
