Canoe / Kayak repair in Mayo

    Hi there,

    I found a canoe / kayak (don't know the difference) and want it cleaned up, possibly repaired and painted. Does anyone know someone who could do this in Mayo?

    Thanks Fergal. :) I am in Dublin at the moment but the next time I am home I will put up some pictures. I am going to give it to a friend so need to make sure it is safe before handing it over.

    Not quite in your area, but this guy did a top notch job on my canoe, Frank Casey in Ardclough, Straffan. He works with fibre glass and various plastics, compunds etc. Did a smashing job and great value for money.     Chap called Dave Glasgow based in Mayo (not sure where) who builds kayaks. I'm fairly sure he does repairs to. I'll PM his number if you'd like it.
